At Demon United, we stand by our gear and want to ensure you have the best protection for your ride. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
